All returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase.

Free Exchanges

If you changed your mind and decided to exchange an item you purchased, we are happy to help. We offer free shipping on all first-time exchanges. If you decide to exchange the item again, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Please note: all exchanges must be made with 2E Design original packaging. The items must not have been installed and should be unaltered.

Once the return is accepted, we will issue you the full refund. At the same time you can make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Returns

The Product must be re-packaged with all protective elements in the original shipment to ensure Product is delivered undamaged and in a re-sellable condition. Please note, we do not accept items that have been installed or modified in any way.

All returns incur $15 flat fee shipping cost.

Once we receive your package and inspect the product, a refund will be issued within fourteen (14) business days provided that the Product is undamaged and in a re-sellable condition. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the event that the Product is deemed by us to be damaged or not in a re-sellable condition no refund or exchange will be provided.

To start a return, please contact us at customercare@2edesign.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if the item is damaged upon arrival?

Light fixtures are fragile and may arrive damaged or may contain parts that are damaged in transit. Make sure to inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice that the item is damaged, please take pictures of the damage and email them along with your order information to customercare@2edesign.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We will do what is necessary to rectify the problem; this can include shipping replacement parts or a replacement item. Please ensure to keep the original packaging as it would be required to ship the damaged item back to our warehouse.
