Shipping & Delivery

At 2E Design, we aim to fulfill and deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please note that at this time we are only able to ship orders within US.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped 8AM - 5PM EST Monday to Friday. If order is placed before 5PM EST, it will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Holidays and weekends. 
Orders placed on Friday are processed the following Monday.  

Please note, during busy holiday seasons and site promotions, your order could take up to 2 business days to ship.

Shipping costs and time

Shipping rates and times are calculated and displayed at the checkout. We work hard to offer a variety of shipping methods that best fit your budget and delivery needs. Please note that shipping time does not include processing 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the tracking number in the email to check the progress of your shipment.
